Que - How many colors can be a printed on a label?

Ans - 1-6 colors.

Que - Can you print gold or silver ink?

Ans - Yes, we print Metallic Silver and Gold inks.

Que - Can I have bleeds on my labels?

Ans - Yes, bleeds are no problem as long as they are not Butt Cut labels.

Que - Do you charge extra for PMS colors?

Ans - No, we do not charge for PMS (Pantone Matching System) colors with the exception of fluorescent colors.

Que - What’s the smallest label size you can print?

Ans - 0.25" X 0.25"

Que - What is the minimum quantity of labels I need to order?

Ans - Since we introduced a Digital Press in January 2012, we no longer have a minimum. We can produce as few as needed to as many as needed.

Que - How many labels are printed on a standard size roll?

Ans - Usually 1,000 per roll, but we can put any amount requested per roll.

Que - Are the labels waterproof?

Ans - If you opt for custom laminated labels we use a film product and laminate the labels. However, if submerged in water, over time the labels will eventually come off.

Que - Can I get samples of labels?

Ans - Yes, we can send sample labels for viewing or testing the adhesive.

Que - Do you offer graphic design services for label design?

Ans - No design, since we sell to Printer's and Print Brokers, it is their responsibility to give us press ready art files.

Que - What is your standard turnaround time?

Ans - Our standard turnaround is approximate 7 working days. However, we do have a 3 day rush and 4 day rush service available.

Que - What type of proof will I see or receive?

Ans - We only provide a soft pdf proof, no press proofs.

Que - How can I become a dealer/reseller?

Ans - As long as you are a printer, print broker or graphic designer, buying our labels to resell, you can email or fax in your company information to get setup as one of our dealers.

Que - What is your suggested markup for the labels I am reselling?

Ans - We recommend a 50% markup.

Que - Do you offer any type of guarantee/warrantee?

Ans - We guarantee you will be satisfied with our product or you will not be charged.

Que - Do you have return/refund policy?

Ans - If not satisfied, we will issue a full refund upon return of the labels in question.

Que - Can I pay with a credit card?

Ans - Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Que - How do you ship my labels?

Ans - We can ship UPS, FedEx, and USPS or freight line, whichever works best for you.
